Champagne AOC Brut Classic, Champagne, France

Yeasty, somewhat vegetal and a hint of mushroomy scent with restrained aromas of crumbly stone fruit as well as a little citrus fruit and mussel shell. Clear, not quite dry, fine-juicy fruit, vegetable to herbal, yeasty and a little floral notes, again a little mussel shell on the palate, a trace of legumes, light candy tones, quite fine mousseux, good to very good, sweetish finish.
