Premier Cru Brut "Bertrand de Lagnac", Champagne, France

Cool, clearly yeasty citrus nose with apple notes and nutty aromas and a little mussel shell in the background. Clear, tight and polished, bright fruit,. fine yeasty flavors, slightly nutty and reminiscent of white bread, fine mousseux, good persistence, some dosage sweetness that lingers a little on the wine, very good, quite tight and juicy finish with some grip
