1998 Champagne AOC Extra Brut Celebris Vintage, Champagne, France

Fairly complex nose, ripe, partly dried apples and some pears, mienral notes, spicy yeasty and light nutty notes. Prominent apple fruit again on the palate, delicate oak, piquant acidity, spicy vegetal notes, prominent yeasty aromas, fairly prominent, fine mousse, light tannic touch, prominent acid bite, good persistence, some more light piquant and vegetal notes on the finish.
