1999 Champagne AOC Brut Grand Millésime, Champagne, France

Fairly mature nose, yeasty and light nutty notes, partly dried apples and some chalky mineral notes. Starting to show some maturity on the palate, elegant creamy apple fruit, delicate vegetal and yeasty notes, very elegant, fine mousse evenly distributed, persistent, good depth, delicately sweet dosage fills the wine out, good long finish.
