Candied and caramelized citrus fruit and pomaceous fruit on the nose, nutty notes, yeasty brioche, vegetal traces, slightly chalky mineral notes, sweetish and tart spicy notes in the background. Clear, elegant, juicy and creamy fruit on the palate, citrus notes with kumquat and mandarin oranges, also some pears, nutty notes and sugar candy, very fine, fairly moderate mousse, persistent, elegant spice and prominent mineral notes, good depth, mouth-filling and refreshing, very harmonious, quite a long finish.
