2003 Champagne AOC Extra Brut Celebris Rosé, Champagne, France

Yeasty nose, apples and red berries, vegetal traces, hint of bitter almonds. Quite firm on the palate, elegant fruit, light vegetal and yeasty notes, mineral traces, light acid bite, delicate oak, good persistence, rather prominent acidity, medium depth, bone-dry style, very good finish.
