Translate to English Tiefe, vielschichtige, vegetabile und deutlich buttrige, dazu hefige Nase mit floralen und leicht an Weingummi erinnernden Noten, Brioche, Erdnuss, Kernobst und kandierten Zitrusfrüchten. Kühle, hefige, teils kandiert wirkende Frucht nach grünen Äpfeln und Birnen mit sehr feinem Mousseux, etwas Spargel und einem Hauch Speck, viel Anis, nussig und deutlich hefig am Gaumen, etwas Butter und Karamell, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, gewisse Wärme, geht zunächst ein wenig in die Breite, strafft sich mit Luft aber deutlich, gute Tiefe, langer, zart süßlicher Abgang mit Kandisnoten, einem Hauch hellen Tabaks, Salz und wieder Butter.
