Translate to English Goldgelb. Hefiger, aber auch leicht offener, deutlich nussiger und buttriger Duft nach Brioche und Muschelschalen mit angedeutet reifen Zitrusfrüchten und angetrocknetem Kernobst, getoastetem Brot und etwas Mais. Relativ würzige, sehr mürb wirkende Frucht mit deutlich hefigen und auch salzigen Noten, recht feines, moderates Mousseux, leicht sandiger Gerbstoff, getrocknet-pflanzliche, erdige und nussige Töne, etwas Camembert und Champignons, buttrige und hell-tabakige Anklänge, wieder ganz leicht offen, nachhaltig, gewisse Tiefe, gewisse Dosagesüße, recht komplex, gute Tiefe, ein wenig Béchamelsauce, helker Tabak, sehr guter Abgang mit gewissem Saft und viel Griff sowie einer Spur Honig und Zitrone.
