Champagne AOC Brut Grande Réserve, Champagne, France

Partly dried apples and pears on the nose, yeasty notes and a light touch of oak, some mineral traces. Elegant fruit on the palate, light vegetal traces, elegant acidity, fine mousse evenly distributed, some more partly dried apples and pears, good persistence, very harmonious, refreshing, quite a long finish.
