Translate to English Zurückhaltende, kühle und straffe, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit weiß-floralen und hefigen Aromen, Brioche, ein wenig Kräutern, Champignons und einem Hauch Speck mit verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Nuancen, Schießpulver und einem Hauch weißen Pfeffers. Klare, nussige, feinsaftige Frucht, eher kühl, hefige Noten, ein wenig Tonkabohne und vegetabile Nuancen, feines Mousseux, ganz leichter Gerbstoff, Zitrusaromen, etwas Marzipan, gewisse Dosagesüße, wieder weißer Pfeffer und Schießpulver, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter, fester, dabei zart süßlicher Abgang.
