Champagne AOC Extra Brut Celebris Blanc de Blancs, Champagne, France

Prominent mineral notes on the nose, partly dried apples, light herbaceous notes, nutty and yeasty notes. Cool, firm and bone dry on the palate, elegant fruit, light herbaceous notes and again prominent mineral notes, light spicy nutty notes, very fine, almost creamy mousse, very persistent, has substance and depth, excellent balance, long finish.
