Yeasty, delicately buttery and nutty aroma of brioche and ripe, partly dried stone fruit. Ripe, somewhat nutty, quite juicy, yet quite dry fruit, yeasty spiciness, fine mousseux, persistent and grippy on the palate, herbal and floral nuances, a touch of butter, very harmonious, some depth, quite animating, very good, tangy and again grippy finish. In great condition

Editor note: Translate to English Hefiger, nussiger und deutlich vegetabiler Duft nach angetrocknetem Kernobst mit Briochenoten, Brokkoli und etwas hellem Tabak sowie erdigen Nuancen. Herbe, zurückhaltende Frucht, deutlich hefig, nussig und brotig, angetrocknet-pflanzliche Aromen und etwas Lavendel, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht feines Mousseux und leichter Gerbstoff-Griff, kräuterige Nuancen, ein wenig grüner Paprika, eleganter Stil, animierend, guter bis sehr guter, hefig-nussiger, eher herber Abgang mit Griff.
