Translate to English Herber und kühler, fester, noch eher verschlossener, deutlich hefiger Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten, feinen floralen und frisch-pflanzlichen Tönen sowie deutlicher Mineralik. Straffe, glasklare, kühle und feinsaftige Frucht, völlig trocken, sehr feines Mousseux, viel Biss, nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Tiefe, kreidige Mineralik, zupackend, doch bei aller Spannung elegant und fein, noch ziemlich hefig, sehr guter, straffer, kühler Abgang mit sehr frischem, herbem Saft und reichlich Zug.
