Champagne AOC Grand Cru Brut Tradition, Carte D'Or, Champagne, France

Yeasty, vegetal and slightly nutty aroma of pome fruit and a little citrus with floral nuances. Not quite dry apple-citrus fruit with vegetal and yeasty notes, medium-fine mousseux, good persistence, has bite, floral nuances in the background, good to very good, sweet-sour finish with bite.
