Translate to English Kühle, herbe, hefige und vegetabile Nase mit deutlich Pilzen, etwas Brioche, einem Hauch Kernobst und Dill. Herbe, feinsaftige, eher kühle Frucht, deutlich vegetabile und auch wieder pilzige Aromen, etwas Hefe, eher verhaltenes Mousseux, ganz leicht gedeckt am Gaumen, erdige Töne, im Hintergrund etwas Aprikose, an Petersilie erinnernde Töne, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
