The French winery "Champagne Piollot Père & Fils" is located in the municipality of Polisot (Aube department) in the , The company was founded by Athanase Piollot (1817-1906). Today it is run by Robert and his son Roland Piollot. The vineyards cover 8.5 hectares of vineyards with the varieties Pinot Noir (62%), Chardonnay (20%), Pinot Blanc (11%), Pinot Meunier and Arbane are planted.
