2013 Champagne AOC Brut Nature Les Gravelées Rosé, Champagne, France

Translate to English Kühle, etwas nussige, fein-vegetabile und ein wenig getrocknet-pilzige Nase mit tabakigen, unterholzigen, zart speckigen und erdig-mineralischen Noten. Fest gewirkte, herbe, recht saftige Frucht mit sehr typischen, nussigen, pilzigen und speckigen Aromen, mürber Gerbstoff und sehr feines, zurückhaltendes, dabei gleichmäßiges und anhaltendes Mousseux am Gaumen, nachhaltig, hat Schliff und gewisse Tiefe, leicht kreidig-erdige Töne im Hintergrund, tabakige Nuancen, bleibt über Tage nicht nur erstaunlich stabil, sondern entwickelt sich noch weiter, wird feiner, tiefer und komplexer, sehr guter Abgang mit herbem Saft, Mineralik und Würze.
