Firm, deeper, a trace of open, slightly smoky scent of more black than red berries with juniper notes, dried herbs, tart nutty notes, venison and a little bacon. Ripe, tart and quite firm, somewhat warm red and black fruit, juniper tones, leather, game, dried herbs, pepper and bacon again, tones reminiscent of leaves and morels, strong, warm and persistent on the palate, sooty, roasted aromas in the background , a hint of chocolate, noticeable alcohol, but which integrates perfectly with air, becomes overall fresh, fine and even more complex, excellent substance and sustainability, very good to long, warm finish with smoke, juniper, a little cocoa and dark fruit.
