Quite fine, tart nutty and yeasty, delicately floral and a touch buttery aroma with red berry nuances and mushroomy aromas. Pome fruit accentuated, not quite dry fruit, clearly nutty flavors, a little yeasty, relatively fine mousseux, good substance and persistence, has grip, slightly tobacco nuances, some depth, still young, chalky and salty traces, again also mushrooms, very good finish with juice, nutty spice, yeast and grip.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
