Translate to English Straffer, noch unruhiger Duft nach säuerlichen Kirschen, roten Beeren und etwas Cassis mit heilkräuterwürzigen, zart floralen und mineralischen Noten. Fest und kräftig im Mund, eher herbe, dennoch saftige Frucht nach Sauerkirschen mit holzigen, getreidigen und noch etwas hefigen Tönen, feinstaubiges Tannin, leicht antrocknend, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, viel Kraft und spürbarer Alkohol, aber auch sehr straffer Bau, nussige und erdige Töne, noch leicht rau, völlig unentwickelt, gewisse Tiefe, mineralische Töne, sehr guter, saftiger und holzwürziger Abgang. Muss unbedingt reifen.
