Translate to English Zart säuerlicher, eher kühler Duft nach teils eingemachten roten und schwarzen Beeren mit etwas Kandis und Lakritz, zwiebelig-vegetabilen Aromen, altholzigen Tönen sowie erdigen und getrocknet-pilzigen Nuancen. Herbe Frucht im Mund, nussiges Holz mit einem Hauch Kakao und Getreide, vegetabile und deutlich pilzige Aromen, feinsandiges, leicht trocknendes Tannin, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ein Hauch Pfeffer, im Hintergrund Mineralik, sehr guter, wenn auch leicht trocknender Abgang mit relativ scharfen Kräuteraromen, etwas Holz und erdiger Mineralik.
