2015 Lorch Schlossberg Pinot Noir, Rheingau, Germany

Dried vegetal notes on the nose, tobacco and some bacon, black and a few red berries and cherries, meaty animal notes, some mineral notes. Very ripe, juicy, slightly jammy fruit on the palate, some smoked bacon, oak, hint of tobacco and herbaceous traces, delicate malted notes, fairly lively acidity, spicy and salty mineral notes, slghtly noticeable alcohol, but also has cool elements, good depth, quite complex, very good juicy, spicy finish.
