Nutty nose, hint of mushrooms, partly preserved, ripe red berries and a few black berries, prominent floral aromas. Ripe, juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, pepperyspice and some salty notes, hint of bacon, fine, integrated tannins, light bite, good substance and persistence, elegant grip, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, but also has cool elements, vegetal notes reminiscent of root vegetables, prominent mineral notes on a good finish.
