2015 Blaye - Côtes de Bordeaux AOC L'Esprit, Bordeaux, France

Intense, quite fresh, slightly minty nose, red and black berries, herbaceous and delicate peppery-spicy aromas, some pomegranate in the background. Firm on the palate, youthful, undeveloped fruit, spicy oak, roasted notes of chocolate, fine, prominent tannins, full-bodied and creamy, good persistence, notes of tobacco and light cedar, some salt in the background, some chili, good persistence, good to very good, quite juicy, also herbaceous and slightly spicy finish.
