2016 Blaye - Côtes de Bordeaux AOC "Tradition", Bordeaux, France

Slightly dried floral and planty scent of mixed berries and a little cherry with a hint of paprika and juniper. Rather firm, clear, rather tart fruit, nutty hints, slightly herbaceous and a hint of floral, good persistence, fine tannin, still young, in the background traces of paprika and dried tomatoes, straightforward style, some bite, but also some power, good to very good finish.
