2014 Cahors AOC Grand Vin, South-west France, France

Relatively cool, tart, very firm aroma of black berries with a hint of cherries, nutty and floral hints, hints of herbs and mineral nuances. Clear, ripe, very juicy, polished fruit, very fine, youthful tannin and some bite, herbal, nutty and salty tones, persistence, has power but also polish and cool elements, good depth, still undeveloped, very good, tight, polished finish with again almost cool seeming juice
