2001 Pauillac AOC 5éme Cru Classé, Bordeaux, France

Coconut and cinnamon on the nose, cherry preserves, red and black berries, some oak and smoke. Good, slightly rustic fruit, red berries, fine dusty tannins, very slightly astringent, noticeable oak on the palate, relatively light body, cedar wood aromas, quite firm structure, good finish with roasted notes and dark chocolate.
