1998 Cerons AOC, Bordeaux, France

Some partly dried and candied stone fruit on the nose, honeydew melon and caramel, mineral notes, light floral and delicate roasted notes. Clean and straightforward in the mouth, sweet fruit as well as tart, roasted oak, elegant acidity, mineral notes in the background, again some delicate floral notes, relatively cool style, delicate tart note, very well balanced, good finish.
