Translate to English Säuerliche und ein wenig animalische Nase nach eingemachten Kirschen und gemischten Beeren mit Provencekräuternoten sowie floralen und erdigen Tönen. Teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht auch im Mund, gewisser Schliff, recht feines, ganz leicht trocknendes Tannin, kräuterige Töne am Gaumen, ein Hauch Zitrusfrüchte, etwas Säurebiss, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig schokoladig im Hintergrund, spürbarer Alkohol, guter Abgang.
