Rather tart scent of predominantly dark berries and a little cherry with nutty and slightly herbaceous aromas. Ripe, quite juicy fruit with very fine tannin and a certain melt, herbaceous and spicy nuances, strong and persistent on the palate, has enamel and warmth, some depth, a hint of pepper, ripe, crumbly tannin, very good, quite juicy finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2021+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Slightly tart nose, preserved cherries and black berries, light cedary notes, roasted and spicy oak. Fairly cool on the palate because of the lively acidity, juicy dark fruit, spicy oak, light chocolate notes, very fine tannins, persistent, light peppery trace, full-bodied and quite creamy, medium depth, still youthful, elegant and juicy on quite a long finish.
