Firm and fairly deep, dried vegetal, earthy and slightly greasy nose with subdued yellow fruit notes, a hint of tobacco and clear minerality. Dry, somewhat melty, yet very firm fruit with nutty, delicate yellow spicy and very slightly greasy notes, dried vegetal aromas on the palate, green pepper, Provence herbs and hints of yellow spice, sustainable, dense and complex, very fine acidity and mellow Tannin, persistent, excellent depth, long, complex finish.
