Tart, somewhat yeasty, vegetal, light-nutty and delicately mushroom-like fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, floral nuances and clear, chalky minerals. Ripe, firm, fairly concentrated fruit with light nutty, vegetal and again clearly yeasty aromas, persistent on the palate, slightly herbaceous and juniper-like, moderate acidity, some grip, still undeveloped, has strength, depth increases with air, very good, dark, complex finish.
