The estate is located in the municipality of La Cadière-d'Azur in the Var in the very south of the French region Provence
near the Mediterranean. It was founded in 1975 by the Paris-born parents of today's owner Comte Éric de Saint-Victor. The vineyards cover 50 hectares of vineyards on terraced rocky slopes overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. They are planted with the red varieties Mourvèdre, Cinsaut and Grenache Noir, as well as the white varieties Clairette and Bourboulenc. The flagship is the long-lasting AC red wine Bandol
made of 95% Mourvèdre, which matures for 18 months in large oak barrels. It also produces a rosé of Mourvèdre and Cinsaut.
