Editor note: Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, tabakiger und etwas zedriger, auch leicht animalischer Duft nach reifen, teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren und ein wenig Kirschen mit erdigen Noten, Minze, Feuerstein und einem Hauch Kreuzkümmel. Reife, saftige, recht kompakte Frucht, teils eingemacht wirkend, noch eher jugendliches, dabei weitgehend mürbes Tannin, leicht schokoladige und nussige Holzwürze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr gute Substanz, gewisse Wärme, aber auch kühlende mineralische Elemente und feiner Säurebiss, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, straffer und saftiger Abgang, der trotz des relativ hohen Alkohols auch Frische mitbringt.
