2008 Côtes du Roussillon AOC Les Galets Roulés, Roussillon, France

Prominent vegetal notes with some herbs and peperoni, light earthy and roasted notes, black berries and some mineral notes. Very ripe, relatively juicy fruit on the palate, chocolate and some roasted notes, more vegetal notes, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, very full-bodied, noticeable alcohol, not particularly deep, very creamy, good finish.
