Firm and polished, rather cool bouquet with citrus and gooseberry aromas, fine planty and floral nuances, a hint of smoke, chalky tones and a hint of dark berries. Firmly woven, tart, juicy, polished, again almost cool fruit with fine planty and somewhat smoky aromas, very fine, lively acidity, some grip, dense and persistent on the palate, delicately woody tones, distinct minerality, still seems almost young, has freshness, bite and still a distinctly firm core, good depth, nutty tones, very good, firm, grippy, juicy, mineral and a hint of woody spice finish.
