The winery is located on the main road to Libourne in Saint-Emilion

, Château Jonanin Becot and La Gomerie belong. , It is managed by Sylvie Pourquet-Bécot. The establishment is classified as a "Grand Cru Classé", which was last confirmed in 2012. The vineyards cover 14 hectares and are planted with Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). The long-lived red wine is aged for 12 to 18 months in 80% new barriques.
