1995 Pauillac AOC Cinquième Cru Classé, Bordeaux, France

Cassis, some cherries and pureed plums on the nose, light metallic note, dried floral notes, some leather and tar. Quite spicy on the palate, juicy fruit, herbaceous notes and cedar wood, smoky and roasted notes and some very light animal traces, delicate sandy tannins, fairly creamy, mineral traces, touch of tobacco, persistent and quite refreshing, good finish.
