Firm, somewhat vegetable and floral, also mineral scent with more bitter yellow fruit notes and a hint of honey. Firmly knitted, tart, juicy fruit, herbaceous and vegetal and prominent mineral notes, lively acidity, persistent, has a grip, restrained power, a hint of honey in the background, good depth, very good, firm, tart and juicy finish with herbaceous and vegetal notes and again clearly mineral notes.
