Tart, slightly floral, nutty and vegetal scent with restrained yellow-fruity aromas and a little mushroom. Restrained fruit in the mouth too, nutty, slightly vegetal, buttery and floral notes, elegant acidity, some tannins, certain strength, still very lightly covered, a hint of candy in the background, noticeable alcohol, but also some freshness and bite, floral nuances, good to very good, slightly creamy, nutty and a hint of salty finish.
