The estate is located in Saint-Emilion
in the area of the same name (Bordeaux). It is classified as a "Grand Cru Classé". It was once part of the Château Figeac
(see history there). It was acquired by the Sioën family in 1997. The company, which was classified in 2006, was again classified as "Grand Cru Classé" in 2012. The vineyards cover 13 hectares with Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%). The red wine is aged in 50% new barriques. The second wine is called "Prieuré Lamarzelle".
