1988 Graves AOC, Bordeaux, France

Fairly cool nose, partly preserved blackcurrants, some bell peppers, tart vegetal notes, some tobacco and cedar wood, lactic traces and mineral notes. Cool again on the palate, very juicy fruit, prominent acid bit, very fine tannins, prominent mineral notes, some cedar, delicate oak, persistent, polished with good depth, tart herbaceous notes in the background, quite a long finish.
