The estate is located in Saint-Emilion
in the area of the same name (Bordeaux). It is owned by the d'Arfeuille family. The establishment is classified as a "Grand Cru Classé", which was last confirmed in 2012. The vineyards cover seven hectares of vines with Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc (20%). The long-lived red wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in around a third of new barriques. The second wine is called "Menuts de La Serre".
