2012 Médoc AOC Cru Bourgeois, Bordeaux, France

Somewhat old and undergrowthy scent of black and a little red berries with hints of cherry as well as delicately herbal and floral nuances. Clear, straightforward, tart fruit in the mouth, rather cool, slightly nutty-woody in the background, also delicate earthy and dried vegetal nuances, fine sandy tannin, good persistence, harmonious, slightly rustic style in a positive sense, good finish.
