Cremant de Bordeaux AOC Extra Brut, Bordeaux, France

Citrus and apples on the nose, hay and some yeasty notes. Light-bodied, delicately mature citrus and apple fruit, bone-dry style, very fine mousse, delicate notes of hay on the palate, yeasty traces in the background, attractive to good finish.
