2014 Luberon AOC Les Fontêtes, Rhône, France

Rather tart, slightly nutty, peppery and tobacco scent of more black than red berries with cherry aromas and a little bit of Provence herbs. Quite firm and again relatively tart in the mouth, juicy fruit with smoky, bacon, dried vegetable to herbal and slightly peppery notes, some acid bite and present tannin, persistent, quite handy, very slightly drying, smoky nuances, a little salt, good to very good finish.
