Tart, slightly old-wood aroma of partly preserved mulberries and some plums and cherries with tobacco nuances. Youthful, slightly stewed fruit in the mouth, clearly chocolaty wood spice and some liquorice, predominantly crumbly, yet youthful tannin, power and good persistence, some bite, not always deep, earthy in the background, good finish. Needs to mature.

Best to drink: 2015-2019+. What our ratings mean
