1995 Pauillac AOC Cinquième Cru Classé, Bordeaux, France

Concentrated, complex, spicy nose, very ripe black berries, plums as well as partly preserved and partly dried cherries, hint of soy sauce and herbs. Concentrated and complex again on the palate, delicate tart spicy notes, fairly prominent, fine tannins evenly distributed, full-bodied, firm and deep, mineral notes, very typical, even classical, excellent balance, very long finish.
