2014 Haut-Médoc AOC Le Moulin Rose de Malecasse, Bordeaux, France

Astringent, somewhat dried vegetal scent of black berries, some sour cherries and paprika with dried floral, earthy and peppery nuances. Clear, polished, finely juicy fruit, red pepper, pepper and a trace of roast, nutty notes, a little herbs and earthy to salty mineral notes, a hint of dark chocolate on the palate, spicy nuances, has a touch of present but ripe tannins, some tobacco in the background, still young, good to very good, tangy-juicy finish.
