Elegant nose, tart apples, green and yellow citrus fruit, some grassy notes, vegetal and yeasty notes. Clear, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, quite a fine mousse, delicate nutty and yeasty notes, good presence, refreshing and very harmonious, good finish.
